We would like to reassure you that paying your bill online will remain safe and easy. You can continue to make one-time payments by clicking on “Bill Payment” and the “Pay Your Bill Online" link on our homepage: Home | Bold Springs Water Supply Corporation
NOTES:
- Starting 2/20/2026, you will need to use the new portal's URL: https://boldspringswsc.currentsoftware.app/. If you have the old website Online Account Access for Bold Springs WSC bookmarked, you'll need to update it to the new site.
- If you have been enrolled in autopay or set up a saved payment method, you will need to re-enter that information in the new portal. See below for a step-by-step guide on how to do that.
- Customers enrolled in e-billing will need to set up a new account.

Autopay Sign-up Guide (Starting on 2/20/2026)
- Go to our website Home | Bold Springs Water Supply Corporation. Click "Pay Your Bill Online".
- Create your account by clicking "Sign Up" in the top right corner.
- Continue through the steps and enter your personal information to finalize your new account.
- Once the account is set up, look for "Profile Settings" in the top right (after clicking your name)
- First, add a saved payment method, and then configure your autopay schedule.
